Our master distillers begin their journey by experimenting with corn, peated malt, mesquite-smoked malt, and other gains, meticulously tasting each iteration to achieve the ideal balance. Through precise fermentation, distillation, and blending, they capture flavors that sing of summer nights and smoky grills. The result is a mashbill of 30% mesquite smoked malt, 5% distiller's malt, and 65% corn, the perfect balance of sweet tea sweetness and a smoky barbecue finish.
