This classic Pinot Noir is one of Altocedro’s hidden gems, produced in very limited quantities and rarely available. The fruit comes from our iconic La Consulta vineyard, where Clone 777 expresses a distinctive profile: elegant, precise, and with a true sense of place.
The wine highlights Argentina’s ability to offer far more than Malbec, showcasing the diversity of its high-altitude terroirs. The Andes Mountains provide intense sunlight and a continental climate, allowing Pinot Noir to develop remarkable freshness, balance, and aromatic complexity.
This Pinot Noir offers vibrant red fruit, finesse, and great drinkability in its youth, while also having the structure and balance to evolve beautifully over the next 10–15 years.
