This is the hallmark of the brand, a Burgundian expression of 100% (40% new) French oak aged nine months, with 100% ML. Its seamless, creamy, and vibrant, with textural complexity that lengthens on the palate. Notes of pear tart and vanilla crème fraiche are lovely.

Round, ripe aromas of roasted pear, nectarine, toasted hazelnut, and vanilla drive the nose of this classic Chardonnay. The palate is decadent and viscous, with rich flavors of baked apple, ginger, white flower, and cinnamon lingering with bright acid and plenty of tension for aging.
