Fruit for this wine comes from warmer sites throughout the Columbia Valley, and it shows on this prototypical riper style Chardonnay. Aromas of toast, pineapple and kiwi are followed by plentiful, creamy tropical fruit flavors.

Buttered orchard fruits, toasted bread, chalky mineral, and white flower notes all emerge from the 2020 Chardonnay Indian Wells, another impressively put together, clean, classy Chardonnay from this estate. It's well worth checking out and would be a great house white for drinking over the coming couple of years.

Description
A Washington Chardonnay gets a touch of the tropics in the Chateau Ste Michelle Indian Wells Chardonnay White Wine. This Chardonnay white wine is made from grapes sourced from warm sites in the Columbia Valley. Warm days cause the grapes to assert sweet citrus and tropical characteristics, while cool nights promote good structure, balance and flavor intensity. The result is a Chardonnay with a balance of tropical fruit and creamy butterscotch with a hint of toasted oak. The white wine's full body lets the flavors of the wine really stand out for a pleasant sipping experience both on its own and with food. Serve Chateau Ste. Michelle Indian Wells Chardonnay chilled as a delicious complement with shellfish, cream-based dishes, and cheese with fruit platters. A 750 mL bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Indian Wells Chardonnay has 14% ABV.
