This whisky is inspired by JING's Phoenix Honey Orchid, a complex tea with lush dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes. Predominantly matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks, the whisky has drawn fruity and floral flavours, beautifully balanced by the inclusion of sherry seasoned European oak, which offers a pleasing roasted richness and a touch of astringency.
