100% handmade in the state of Washington. The traditionally grown rye is cultivated exclusively for Woodinville on the Omlin Family Farm in Quincy, Washington. The grain is mashed and distilled at the Woodinville distillery, then barreled and aged in air-seasoned, slowly toasted, and heavily charred American Oak 53-gallon barrels.
