Aromatic and textural, this Monterey blend of Gew rztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Sylvaner shows notes of orange blossom, honeysuckle, potpourri, and chamomile. Fermented on skins for 40 days with native yeast, it s unfiltered, unfined, and 100% destemmed. Floral yet grippy, with a gentle tannic structure and raw, expressive texture this is a bold, skin-contact white with serious personality.
