This Washington state Pinot Gris is a true reflection of the diverse terroirs of the Columbia Valley, sourced from select vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills, Rattlesnake Hills, and Ancient Lakes. On the nose, aromas of ripe pear and Honeycrisp apple. On the palate, flavors of ripe peach, juicy melon, and a touch of apricot. This fruitiness is complemented by a refreshing acidity that gives the wine a clean, crisp profile. This Pinot Gris pairs beautifully with light poultry dishes like roasted chicken or turkey, and also enhances sushi or Asian-inspired dishes like spring rolls.
