Four Peaks Double Knot Double IPA is a smooth and drinkable double IPA craft beer. Double Knot uses more than double the amount of hops that are used in Hop Knot. The hops get added at seven different intervals during the brewing process. This constant hopping leads to a tangled, looping hop flavor and aroma without any punishing bitterness. This deep gold India pale ale beer has a warming maltiness with grapefruit, honey and slight caramel flavors. Double Knot Double IPA beer has a 9.0% ABV and a 62 IBU rating. These medium bodied IPA beers pair well with carne adovada, chicken-fried steak, cheesecake and blue cheese.
