Vat Pasteurized: rBST hormone free natural ingredients are vat pasteurized in small batches. Batch churned: Ice cream is churned and frozen in small batch freezers. Local Distribution: our handmade ice cream is delivered to your neighborhood grocery store. Hand drawn in by local artist slow loris. This one really doesn't need an explanation but I'm going to give it to you anyway. We start with Sweet cream and crumble. Newman-0's cookies: right into each 10 gallon batch. Our production manager samples it way more than necessary to ensure it has just the right taste and quality.
