Charles & Charles Double Trouble Red Wine Blend is a 58% Syrah and 42% Cabernet Sauvignon blend with tremendous purity, depth and focus. The Syrah is mainly fermented whole cluster in stainless tanks with fermentations started with native yeasts that come from the vineyards. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with native yeast for both primary and secondary fermentations. Then, 100% of the wine is aged in old barrels for 9 months to build on the rich, dark-fruited profile. This bottled wine has 13.3% alcohol by volume.
