The diverse whiskey expertise of Fred Noe and Shinji Fukoyo have come together once again to collaborate, challenge and progress the limits of bourbon. Pacific Reserve is the 2nd collaboration from our legendary founders and contains a one-of-a-kind whiskey. Our liquid starts as a Kentucky Bourbon that’s aged 8 years. The base bourbon then travels more than 6,000 miles to the Yamazaki Distillery in Koyoto, Japan where it is partially aged in wine, sherry and ex-Yamazaki sherry casks and harmoniously blended to create a complex bourbon with layers of flavor.
