The Arrowood Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the southern part of Sonoma County's Knights Valley AVA, where early morning fog and slightly lower daytime temperatures offer a balanced climate for ripening Cabernet. The result is a bold red wine ready to enjoy now or age for years to come. The nose presents red fruits like rhubarb, baked cherry pie, anise, graphite, and black spices. There is flavorful, juicy core on the palate of darker fruits like black plum, with a polished finish.
Pair with lamb chops, beef stew, sausages and hard aged cheeses. This bottled California cabernet sauvignon is 13.8% alcohol by volume.
