From Sancerre in the Loire Valley, it centers on freshness, precision, and that cool stony snap the appellation does so well. It feels sharp. Lemon zest, green apple, gooseberry, and white flowers move through a dry, finely cut frame. The name Terre Minerale fits the style, because the wine leans into chalky tension and brisk refreshment rather than tropical weight.
