Description
Our house west coast IPA "Westie" is for the hop heads out there. By utilizing rotating hop additions, we keep it fresh each batch while still encompassing a bold and crushable IPA. This batch got Citra, Cascade, and Columbus, harkening back to those old school IPA vibes. Hit hard with candied lemon, subtle pineapple, and fresh grapefruit on the nose, shifting to citrus zest, mango juice, light peach, with a lasting resinous finish.
