A deep maroon-hued mixed fermentation fruit beer, with hints of purple shadow, like twilight in a glass. Crowned with a silky head, Lindemans Noir imparts a seductive aroma of dark fruit, led by ripe black cherries. The nose has a velvety hint of red and purple berries.
Juicy and full-bodied, this strong fruit beer bursts with the rich flavors of dark berries — blackcurrants, elderberries, and blueberries — balanced by a lively acidity and a surprisingly smooth, dry finish despite its 8% ABV. The taste of Lindemans Noir is almost wine-like, with deep and complex flavors.
