Stella Rosa Rosé V.S. Prosecco Rose D.O.C. is an elevated Italian sparkling wine crafted from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the cool, hillside vineyards of the Veneto region. Aged in oak and fermented slowly at low temperatures, this 11% ABV rosé sparkler is crisp and dry—not sweet—with a refined structure and bright acidity. Hints of wild strawberry and delicate florals lift the palate, while soft bubbles add elegance. Slightly drier than the white V.S., it offers a more nuanced, sophisticated experience. Bottled in hand-wrapped rose gold foil, it’s the perfect sparkling for gifting, hosting, or toasting life’s best moments.
