A rich and rather decadent Rioja with ripe berry, tobacco and bark aromas that follow through to a full body with layered, creamy tannins and a long, fresh finish with lemon peel and apple to the dark fruit. Touches of coconut and toffee. Drink or hold.

Aromas of black mushrooms, sweet cherries and plums with some cedar and intense lavender. Full-bodied with chewy yet polished tannins and beautiful presence at the finish. Lively and intense. Better after 2025, but already very impressive.
Rioja, Spain - Marques de Riscal Reserva is made from mostly Tempranillo grapes, grown in the best clay-limestone soils of the Rioja Alavesa region.
