Ingredients
3 parts Prosecco (approx. 3 oz / 90 ml)
2 parts Sarti Rosa (approx. 2 oz / 60 ml)
1 part Soda Water or Club Soda (approx. 1 oz / 30 ml)
Ice cubes
Garnish: Lime wedge or slice (or an orange slice)
Instructions
Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass generously with ice cubes.
Add 2 oz of Sarti Rosa over the ice.
Pour in 3 oz of Prosecco.
Top off with a splash (1 oz) of club soda.
Give it a gentle stir to combine, garnish with a lime slice, and serve immediately.
