• Ingredients

    • 2 oz Gin

    • 1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur

    • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice

    • 1/4 oz Rose water syrup (or simple syrup with a drop of rose water)

    • 3 oz Chilled Prosecco or Sparkling Rosé

    • Garnish: Dried rose buds or a thin cucumber ribbon

    Instructions

    1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and rose syrup.

    2. Shake gently until chilled.

    3. Strain into a chilled wine glass or flute.

    4. Top with Prosecco and stir very lightly to combine.
