2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz Rose water syrup (or simple syrup with a drop of rose water)
3 oz Chilled Prosecco or Sparkling Rosé
Garnish: Dried rose buds or a thin cucumber ribbon
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and rose syrup.
Shake gently until chilled.
Strain into a chilled wine glass or flute.
Top with Prosecco and stir very lightly to combine.
Garnish with rose buds.
