Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounce pomegranate juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup optional
  • 6 ounces champagne chilled
  • pomegranate arils for garnish

Steps:

  1. Rim a champagne glass with citrus fruit then dip into a small dish of sparkling sugar to create a decorative rim.
  2. Pour pomegranate juice into prepared champagne flute.
  3. Top up glass with champagne and sprinkle in pomegranate arils to garnish.
  4. Add in simple syrup to taste, if desired. Stir gently and serve immediately.
