Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounce pomegranate juice
- ¾ ounce simple syrup optional
- 6 ounces champagne chilled
- pomegranate arils for garnish
Steps:
- Rim a champagne glass with citrus fruit then dip into a small dish of sparkling sugar to create a decorative rim.
- Pour pomegranate juice into prepared champagne flute.
- Top up glass with champagne and sprinkle in pomegranate arils to garnish.
- Add in simple syrup to taste, if desired. Stir gently and serve immediately.
