• Ingredients:

    • 1/2 ounce lime juice
    • 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
    • 3 ounces well-stirred coconut cream
    • 2 ounces white rum
    • 2 ounces simple syrup
    • 1 cup ice

    Steps:

    1. Place the lime juice, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks, 3 ounces coconut cream, 2 ounces white rum, 2 ounces simple syrup, and 1 cup ice in a blender.
    2. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
    3. Pour into a tall glass, such as a hurricane glass.
    4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, frozen pineapple chunks, and/or a maraschino cherry, if desired.
