• Ingredients: 

    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
    • 1 tsp water
    • 2 oz Bourbon
    • Orange twist for garnish

    Steps:

    1. Add the sugar, water, and bitters into a mixing glass, then add the water and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
    2. Fill the mixing glass with ice then add the bourbon
    3. Still until well-chilled
    4. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube
    5. Express the oil of an orange twist over the glass then drop in the glass to garnish
