Four Peaks Hop Knot IPA is an India pale ale beer that carries the bitterness of a fine pale ale and the hop aroma of an IPA. This IPA beer is citrusy and balanced with flavors of orange peel, pine and honey. Hop Knot features five American hop varieties: Bravo, Glacier, Liberty, Simcoe and Cascade; they are woven into the brewing process at seven different intervals for bold hop flavor. This craft beer has a 6.7% ABV and a 47 IBU rating. These medium bodied IPA beers pair well with spicy dishes, pork, green chili, gouda cheese and cheddar cheese.
